I have to say, it's only day 4 and I am feeling better! My skin is looking better and I just feel better overall. I have also made it through my first weekend with no alcohol. Just FYI, I love wine so that part is really tough!
I also did a Crossfit intro class yesterday and I am super stoked about a new beginning in my workout regimen. I finally got balls enough to try it.
